Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a member of our Administrative staff, your primary duties will be to manage the office, ensure efficient operations, and support our team.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate well with all levels of staff. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong customer service experience.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage office administration including filing systems, document control, office supplies ordering and management
• Ensure efficient operation of office equipment including computers, printers, photocopiers etc.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the office premises
• Liaise with external service providers such as IT vendors
• Support with general administrative tasks including organizing meetings, travel arrangements etc.
• Provide administrative support for the team by creating documents/presentations/reports as required
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required by the Management Team
Salary: AED 1200 per month (or commensurate with experience). We are willing to consider applicants from abroad.
