Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is responsible for the overall management of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively with all departments, as well as maintain a positive attitude towards customers, colleagues and management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
β€’ Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
β€’ Greeting visitors
β€’ Managing office supplies, equipment and furniture
β€’ Assisting staff with various administrative duties as required
β€’ Maintaining filing systems, both manual and electronic
β€’ Coordinating meetings between staff members or with third parties
β€’ Booking travel arrangements for staff members
β€’ Scheduling appointments
β€’ Preparing reports and presentations as necessary
β€’ Monitoring deadlines for projects and tasks assigned by management
β€’ Processing invoices and other documents related to office administration.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role. They must also have strong organizational skills, be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly detail-oriented. The ability to speak any additional language is considered an asset. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month which may be negotiable depending on experience.
