We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. This position requires a strong knowledge of administrative processes, a friendly personality, and the ability to work well with others.
The primary responsibility of the Office Manager is to ensure that office operations are running smoothly. This will involve managing staff, overseeing daily activities, ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly and on time, and liaising with other departments. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. You must be highly organized, able to work autonomously while taking direction from senior management when needed. We are also looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
You will also be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry into the company’s accounting software system; assisting with payroll activities; keeping track of inventory; ordering supplies; scheduling meetings; responding to customer inquiries; filing documents; handling call center inquiries; setting up new employee orientation programs; maintaining office equipment and other general administrative duties as assigned by management.
