Office Manager Vacancy in Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role offers a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering immigrants and those with no experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Organizing office operations including billing, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Assisting in the recruitment process by creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Overseeing the completion of paperwork related to new hires.

Ensuring that office supplies are stocked and ordering new supplies when needed.

Managing the HR database, filing employee documents, and answering employee questions.

Handling payroll, vacation requests, discipline issues, and other employee matters.
