We are looking for a qualified Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
The role of a Secretary entails performing clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, managing emails and mail correspondence as well as scheduling meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare documents such as reports and presentations that require accuracy and detail. You will also be responsible for managing databases and filing systems while updating information as necessary.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not essential. Previous experience in an administrative role is desired but not required as we are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience. You must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Salary
This position offers a salary of 1300 per month. We welcome applications from both locals and foreigners.
