Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced and competent Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years secretarial experience and be fluent in English. We are willing to consider a foreign candidate for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative support to the team, as well as handling various clerical tasks. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and taking minutes
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Maintaining filing systems and databases
• Providing general administrative support when needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of secretarial or administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
