Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1500 AED/month
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner
• Manage daily calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
• Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, correspondence, emails, presentations, etc.
• Create detailed reports on various projects as required
• Prepare travel arrangements for staff members
• Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail • Foreigners are welcome to apply.
