Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation, including creating presentations, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing emails and correspondence, filing documents, and conducting research as needed. The successful candidate should also be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
The successful applicant should have a minimum of two years of experience working in a similar role. A degree in business administration or related field is desirable but not essential. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting software is also desirable.
