We are currently looking for a freelance Human Resources (HR) specialist in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month, and we are open to hiring applicants from outside the country as well. No prior experience is required.

The primary responsibilities of this role include onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, facilitating staff training and development initiatives, and maintaining employee records and payroll systems. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date with all relevant labor laws in order to ensure compliance with legislation.
