Freelance HR Specialist in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a Freelance HR Specialist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and developing new hires. The salary offered is 900$. We are also ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Summary

The HR specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services, such as managing recruitment, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. The HR specialist will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures related to human resources.

Demands for the Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

2+ year of experience as an HR professional.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
