Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have the capability to handle all operational aspects of housekeeping and ensure high standards of cleanliness and a pleasant environment for our guests, as well as implementing efficient cost control processes and adhering to health and safety regulations.

The Housekeeping Manager must be able to plan, develop, organize and direct the housekeeping services of the hotel, while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing staff rosters, conducting inspections and ensuring that all housekeepers adhere to policies and procedures. They should be able to motivate their team members to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel/hospitality environment. Experience in cost control is essential; knowledge of cleaning products, materials and equipment are also important qualities needed. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are required as well as strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. We are open to consider applications from immigrant candidates too.

The salary for this position is 1600 AED per month.
