Job Description:
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry and typing documents
• Maintain records of office operations and procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and other supporting documents for management meetings
• Schedule appointments and meeting rooms
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in a similar role; experience in an administrative capacity is preferred
• High level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively and work with minimal supervision
