Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Preparing documents, reports, presentations, etc. as needed
• Assisting with organizing meetings, events, and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
