Merchandiser - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, controlling the flow of merchandise and providing customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and design store layouts and merchandise displays.
• Receive and stock merchandise inventory, restock shelves as needed.
• Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced accurately.
• Assist customers by providing information on products, availability, pricing, etc.
• Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments in order to optimize sales performance.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock turnover and taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Participate in product promotions and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience in retail management or merchandising roles preferred.
• Previous experience working with POS systems is an advantage.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, store staff, vendors, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: 1100 AED per month (plus benefits) We will consider foreign applicants for this position.
