Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving payments from customers and making sure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience but a commitment to providing excellent service. Salary offered is AED 1300 per month.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive payments from customers using cash, credit cards, debit cards etc.
• Process refunds or exchanges of merchandise when necessary
• Issue receipts and other documents related to transactions
• Count money in cash drawers at the start of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
• Answer customers’ questions regarding payment methods
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkout area
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working in customer service role preferred
• Ability to handle cash accurately while processing transactions quickly • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Familiarity with basic computer operation • Attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure Experience & Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in customer service role preferred
