Job Title: Administrator - Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the organization. This includes overseeing office operations, providing customer service, supervising staff, and other administrative duties as required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee office operations including scheduling meetings, managing phone calls and emails, maintaining records, and organizing documents
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries from customers in a timely manner
• Supervise staff by monitoring performance, conducting training sessions and providing feedback
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, preparing reports and organizing documents
• Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 900 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
