Job Summary:
This is a great opportunity to join our growing company in Abu-Dhabi, as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the executive management team, with duties ranging from answering phones and managing emails to preparing documents and scheduling meetings. You must be able to think critically and have exceptional problem-solving skills, while also being able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you must be organized and have excellent communication and computer skills.
Requirements for Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Administration or a related field with at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Furthermore, you should have strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel). Experience with customer service is preferable but not mandatory. Fluency in English is required for this position.
