Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the office, including overseeing administrative staff and providing support to the business. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants with minimal work experience.
Duties:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth running of the office.
• Manage all administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor progress on a regular basis.
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner and respond promptly to requests for assistance.
• Maintain office supplies and order new equipment as needed.
• Monitor the budget and ensure that spending is kept within allocated limits.
• Prepare reports for upper management as required.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable functions, payroll, and other financial operations as necessary.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services or products needed by the office.
• Develop policies and procedures for efficient operation of the office environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Manager is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, email, presentation and telephone etiquette skills are essential. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities at once is essential
