Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: 1500 AED
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and providing administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, handling mail, answering phones and other clerical duties
• Oversee administrative staff and coordinate their activities to ensure maximum productivity
• Provide customer service support by greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints or concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized office space by organizing desks, filing documents, disposing of trash, etc.
• Develop procedures for managing office inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
• Keep up to date on changes in the organization's policies or services and communicate them to staff members
• Monitor security systems within the office and provide maintenance when needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3years of experience working as an Office Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other office equipment such as printers/copiers/fax machines/etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills with excellent verbal communication ability
