Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED/month
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to the management and other staff members in the organization.
The primary responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining an efficient filing system
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Answering incoming calls and inquiries
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Assisting in travel arrangements for staff members
• Maintaining an up-to-date contact list of clients and vendors.
• Fulfilling other tasks as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, some experience in office responsibilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
