We are seeking a Secretary for our office located in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the role and must be available to start immediately. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the office staff. Duties will include coordinating office activities, maintaining filing systems, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and documents, answering telephone calls, responding to emails and letters, assisting with travel arrangements, managing and ordering office supplies, etc.
