We are looking for an organized, reliable and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for immigrants to join a growing organization. The successful candidate should be able to provide administrative support to our team, while maintaining effective communication with clients and partners.
The Secretary will be responsible for performing general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments and preparing reports. The Secretary will also facilitate communication between departments and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Other duties may include managing filing systems, developing office procedures, organizing confidential documents and creating presentations.
The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. They should have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role is required.
