Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, composing emails and letters, scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing customer service. The salary offered is 1200. We are open to consider foreign candidates.
Responsibilities
The Secretary will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails from customers, maintaining records of invoices and payments, updating databases with customer information, organizing meetings and appointments, handling incoming mail, preparing agendas for meetings, organizing travel arrangements for staff members if required. Additionally they will need to manage the ordering of office supplies in a timely manner as well as ensuring that the office is kept clean at all times.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ years of experience in a similar role; excellent organizational skills; strong customer service skills; computer literacy; ability to prioritize tasks; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
