Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have an eye for detail. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The primary role of the Secretary will be to provide administrative support to the senior management team. This will include tasks such as maintaining records, preparing letters, reports and presentations, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. The Secretary must also possess excellent customer service skills and should be able to respond promptly to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role. They should also have good knowledge of office procedures, policies, processes and practices, as well as the ability to work with a range of software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs.
We are offering a salary of 900 AED per month for this position and are ready to consider applications from foreign candidates who can demonstrate the necessary qualifications required for this post.
