Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative support to the organization and its personnel. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, taking notes, organizing meetings, filing paperwork, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars, ordering supplies, and other related duties.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong organizational abilities. You must also be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications as well as other software relevant to the position. Being able to multi-task with attention to detail is essential for this role. We are also open to consider immigrants for this role.
