We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our Abu-Dhabi based office. This individual should have at least three years of experience in a similar role and be ready to hit the ground running. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
The Secretary will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, ordering office supplies, managing emails, and creating presentations. Additionally they will be responsible for providing support to the management team by carrying out any necessary research or administrative tasks assigned to them.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, possess strong attention to detail, be able to work independently and as part of a team, have an understanding of office etiquette and good customer service. We are open to considering foreigners for this position with a monthly salary of 900 AED.
