Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This person should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as an eye for detail and accuracy.
The primary duties of the Secretary include but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing records and files, taking notes at meetings, typing documents and reports, preparing presentations, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements for staff members, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating office activities and events and other general office duties as required.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be able to work independently with little supervision. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required – we are open to considering candidates with no experience.
