We are looking to hire an Office Assistant for our Umm-al-Qaiwain office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, and for ensuring that all daily tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be able to work independently, and be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors
• Organising documents
• Preparing reports
• Assisting with research
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as requested.
