Job Description:
• Responsible for managing the product range in store and suggesting merchandising strategies according to market trends.
• Build relationships with vendors while negotiating prices and terms.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify appropriate product selection.
• Generate monthly sales reports on performance of each product category.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing and activities in order to stay competitive.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working as a Merchandiser or similar role is advantageous. • Excellent negotiation skills with strong customer service orientation. • Ability to analyze sales trends, identify customer needs, and develop appropriate strategies for promotion or placement of products. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently based on deadlines given by management. • Must be willing to work abroad if needed; foreigner candidates are welcome to apply!
