Office Assistant Job in Abu Dhabi
We are a successful business located in Abu Dhabi and we are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be responsible and organized, with excellent multitasking skills. The Office Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the office, including providing administrative support to management and other staff.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide information about the company
• Assist with the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
• Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing orders; verifying receipt
• Organize travel arrangements for senior staff members as required
• Take dictation, compose correspondence, reports, memoranda as required
• Prepare presentations as requested by management staff
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role in a similar organization
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: 1700 AED per month
