Job Description:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the team. The main duties include but are not limited to: managing phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies inventory, organizing files, preparing presentations, taking notes during meetings, filing paperwork, ordering office supplies etc. The Office Assistant should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and follow instructions accordingly.
