• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
Description:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this position, you will provide administrative support to the CEO and other departments by managing their schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, handling incoming communications, organizing documents, managing databases, processing payments & invoices, providing customer service assistance, collecting data for reports & presentations, performing general office duties such as filing & sorting mail etc., handling travel arrangements (flights & hotels), liaising with clients & vendors etc. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
