Office Assistant, Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
• Handle incoming mail and other material.
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Monitor office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary. • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. • Manage telephone system by monitoring system performance, making adjustments etc. • Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, taking notes etc.
