Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This includes managing office activities, handling customer inquiries, arranging meetings and events, managing data entry projects, taking care of document filing and other administrative duties as assigned. The position requires excellent organizational skills, communication skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support by handling customer inquiries, arranging meetings and events, maintaining office activities and personnel files.
• Manage data entry projects such as entering customer information into databases or other software applications.
• Take care of document filing by organizing and maintaining records electronically or manually.
• Assist with preparing documents such as letters, emails, invoices or contracts as needed.
• Ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly and order supplies when necessary.
• Handle travel arrangements such as booking flights or accommodation for staff members or customers as required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks such as photocopying documents or assisting with payroll processing when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: 1200 AED per month (negotiable based on experience). We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
