Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the office operations, providing administrative and clerical support, organizing office procedures, coordinating meetings within the organization, as well as scheduling appointments. They will be expected to maintain records of office materials and equipment, and ensure that the office is kept clean and organized at all times. Other duties may include acting as an information resource person for staff members; providing information on services available; responding to inquiries from visitors; directing visitors to appropriate offices or contacts; preparing reports; preparing correspondence; ordering supplies; helping in the coordination of special projects; and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
