We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and experienced professional to join us as a Restaurant Manager in our Abu-Dhabi restaurant. The successful candidate should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with some work experience in the restaurant industry preferred. The candidate should have excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

The primary duty of the Restaurant Manager will be to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This entails managing staff members, ensuring that food is prepared correctly and on time, overseeing cleanliness of the restaurant, managing budgets and controlling costs, maintaining inventories of food and supplies, resolving customer complaints or issues, developing marketing strategies for the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health codes and regulations, and developing menus.

We seek an individual who is highly motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service while also demonstrating strong leadership qualities such as empathy towards their team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written; experience in budgeting/cost control; knowledge of local food trends; ability to manage personnel effectively; proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel); experience in customer service management; an understanding of health regulations; strong organizational abilities; problem solving abilities and creativity when it comes to menu planning.
