We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED and we are open to considering immigrants for this role.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with hotel/hospitality industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
Job Duties
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department including staff performance, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, etc.
• Ensure that all hotel rooms and public areas are clean and up to standard
• Develop systems for ensuring the security of guest items left in the hotel's care
• Monitor the use of cleaning supplies & equipment; order more when needed
• Respond timely to guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
• Recruit, train, supervise & evaluate housekeeping staff; ensure adherence to quality standards & health & safety regulations
