Do you have what it takes to be a successful Secretary in Doha? We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Secretary.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s staff, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, managing daily paperwork, and providing general assistance to the staff. You will also be expected to handle various projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Good computer skills are also essential. Previous experience as a secretary is preferred but not required. Additionally, we are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
