Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, as well as helping with any additional duties that may arise. Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An aptitude for problem solving and attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required. Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not essential. We are ready to consider foreigners for this role with appropriate visa arrangements in place.
Responsibilities:
The Office assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Team by performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, data entry and document management activities. The position also requires assisting with the day-to-day operations including troubleshooting general office equipment such as printers and fax machines; ordering supplies; managing incoming calls; organizing meetings; setting up conference calls; arranging travel bookings; preparing expense reports; tracking invoices and other payment-related matters; maintaining records and filing systems; creating weekly reports; sorting mail and responding to requests from other departments/teams within the organization.
Salary: 1600 AED/month
