We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a salary of 1400 and are ready to consider an immigrant.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain filing systems for documents, correspondence, and other materials
• Assist in the organization of office events
• Create documents such as spreadsheets, presentations, invoices, reports
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Perform data entry tasks into various databases
• Purchase office supplies as needed
• Handle administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning documents etc.
Qualifications:
• No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry tasks
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
