Job Description: Bank Teller in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Job Requirements:
• A minimum of High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers both in English and Arabic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
• Basic computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival at the bank
• Verify customer’s identity before performing banking transactions
• Open new customer accounts as well as maintain existing ones

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque cashing etc. as per bank regulations

• Answer customer inquiries regarding bank services such as loans, investments etc.

• Reconcile transactions at the end of every business day

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions for audit purposes

• Assist with other departments when needed
