We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or the hotel industry.

The Housekeeping Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, ensuring quality service standards, managing budgets and costs, and ensuring hotel guests have a pleasant stay. Other duties include maintaining hygiene standards in all areas of the hotel, training new staff members, developing schedules for housekeepers, resolving customer complaints, maintaining inventories of cleaning supplies and linens, and monitoring the use of cleaning equipment and products.

The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently. They must have excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate their staff members. The successful candidate will also need excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively and respond appropriately in stressful situations. Knowledge of safety regulations is also required.
