Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, great organizational abilities, strong time management skills, and be able to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to staff members
• Maintain organized files and records
• Answer phones and direct calls accordingly
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, filing, and other clerical tasks
• Handle incoming mail and distribute it accordingly
• Prepare outgoing mail (e.g., letters, packages)
• Draft documents and correspondence as requested
• Keep abreast of organizational changes and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Salary: 1600 AED/Month
