We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the office and will be involved in all aspects of the business. This position is ideal for those who have minimal work experience but eager to learn and grow in the industry.
The main responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support, managing files and documents, liaising with clients, organizing meetings, creating reports, preparing presentations and handling customer inquiries. Additionally, you must have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
In order to successfully fill this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills; great attention to detail; time management skills; problem-solving aptitude; and a good understanding of customer service principles.
