Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for all administrative duties in the office, as well as provide support to other departments when necessary. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for a range of duties, including greeting visitors and clients, answering incoming calls, responding to emails, managing the office calendar and scheduling meetings, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records, overseeing clerical tasks such as filing documents and organizing records, preparing reports and presentations for management team meetings. Additionally, they will provide general IT support to staff members and assist with any special projects that may arise.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400 AED per month plus benefits to the right candidate. Benefits include medical insurance coverage, paid vacation time off and performance bonuses.
To be considered for this position you must have at least two years of experience in an administrative role. You must also possess excellent written communication skills; strong organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of general office procedures; the ability to multitask effectively; excellent customer service skills; and the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
