Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing support to the company’s staff.
The Office Administrator’s responsibilities include answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate people, preparing correspondence, ordering supplies, organizing meetings, maintaining a filing system and scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will provide assistance with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and keeping records of staff attendance.
To be successful as an Office Administrator you should have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good understanding of office operations. You should also be able to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Good knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
