We have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in an elementary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their educational potential.

The Teacher will develop lesson plans and deliver instruction to students in a way that promotes their intellectual, social, physical, emotional and personal development. They will also assess the progress of students on a regular basis and use the results to adjust teaching methods accordingly. Other duties include developing discipline plans and working with school administration to modify curricula as needed.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills who is able to work well with both teachers and students. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, as well as experience working with elementary-aged students. We also expect our Teacher to demonstrate knowledge of current teaching methods, strategies and principals of curriculum design; they should demonstrate knowledge of student assessment strategies; have strong classroom management skills; be able to create a positive learning environment; have excellent interpersonal skills; be highly organized; have the ability to lead by example; be able to foster positive relationships between parents/guardians, other faculty members, staff, administrators and community partners; be detail-oriented; display strong problem-solving abilities; maintain professionalism at all times; be proficient in all areas of computer technology (including Microsoft Office) and possess the ability to multitask.

This position offers a salary of 1500 AED per month based on experience level and qualifications. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this role.
