Job Summary:
We are looking to appoint a motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, have a keen eye for detail and be confident in their ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Our ideal candidate should have minimal work experience, or equivalent qualifications, but most importantly, be willing to learn and develop their skillset further.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant will support day-to-day operations in the office. This will include but not be limited to: providing administrative support; managing incoming calls; inputting data into various databases; filing documents; coordinating with vendors and suppliers; organizing travel arrangements; managing calendars and other related tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Additionally, the ideal applicant should possess good problem-solving skills as well as an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider foreigners for this role with the salary of 1100 AED per month.
