Cashier Job Description
We are seeking a Cashier to join our team in Khalifah A City. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling all financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will also be required to ensure the store is kept clean and organized at all times.
Requirements for the Candidate
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, and possess strong numerical skills. We also expect the candidate to have basic knowledge of computers and cash register systems. Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Job Requirements
• Greet customers warmly upon entering the store
• Process payments accurately using cash register or POS system
• Assist customers with product selection
• Answer customer questions regarding products or services
• Ensure store compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of store area including shelves, displays, counters, etc.
• Stock shelves with merchandise as needed
• Assist with inventory management activities such as receiving goods and counting stock
Salary Details
The salary for this position is 1300 per month. Benefits include medical insurance after probation period completion (3 months) as well as paid vacation time after 6 months of service.
