Office Assistant – Khawr Fakkan
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, as well as performing clerical tasks such as filing, answering phones, and organizing documents.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. We are also open to considering an immigrant with no prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Greet guests and visitors when they arrive in the office
- Maintain the office’s stock of supplies and order new items when necessary
- Manage the office’s calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience working in an office environment is an asset but not required
- Fluency in English (oral/written) is essential; additional languages are advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Salary: 1600 AED/month
